Housing
At Yonsei University and in South Korea there are a couple of options for housing you can do. The first is dorming on campus, Yonsei has two dorms, the International House and the SK Global House. You need to be ready when the dorm applications open because it is competitive. After the dorm application closes, they may send a few emails regarding people dropping out so there are extra rooms but don't bank on it. The second option is to look at AirBnB's near your university. The last option is looking at goshiwons which is the method I used.
Goshiwon
Goshiwons are usually single room off campus student housing options, they are extremely small managing to fit basically a bed, a desk, and sometimes a shower/bathroom. The prices are generally cheap as housing goes and there are plenty of options. Many have shared kitchens and eating areas and it is mostly international students that stay there. You can find goshiwons close to your home university through goshipages and contact them through their messaging service. The room I have doesn't include a window buy has a bathroom and it ranges about $400 a month.
